Eye spacing, in the context of the whole face
Where eye spacing ratio compares the eyes to each other, this compares pupil separation to total facial width. The same intercanthal gap reads very differently on a narrow face than on a wide one, and this metric captures that context.
Pupils against the cheekbones
The app measures centre-to-centre eye distance and divides by bizygomatic width — the widest span across the cheekbones. The reference is 0.46, so the eyes sit a little under halfway across the face.
Why this one is deliberately unscored
This metric is display-only and carries zero weight in the composite. It is shown because it explains results elsewhere: a face that scores poorly on eye spacing ratio but well here is usually narrow overall rather than genuinely wide-set. Treat it as context for the other eye metrics rather than a target to move.

Eye spacing ratio measures the gap between the eyes against the width of one eye — the eyes compared to themselves. This measures pupil separation against the width of the whole face. In practice the two track each other closely, which is why only one of them is scored.
